BIDBOD 24 Uygulamasına Satış İlanı Veren Sayın Kullanıcı;

BIDBOD24 uygulamasına kayıt olduğunuz esnasında “Hizmet Sözleşmesini”, “Açık Rıza Beyanını”, “Gizlilik Politikasını”, “Topluluk Kurallarını” ve “Güvenlik Önerilerini” onaylamıştınız. Bu kapsamdaki bazı koşulları tekrar hatırlatıyoruz.

·       Vereceğiniz ürün ilanları başta olmak üzere sunduğunuz tüm bilgilerin doğru ve eksiksiz olduğunu, karşı tarafı asla yanıltıcı amaçla bir ilan veya kişisel bilgilerinizi vermediğinizi,   

·       Topluluk Kurallarında (Platform İlkeleri) belirtilen kurallara uymayı ve yasaklanmış kategoride hiçbir ilan veya bilgileri paylaşmayacağınızı,

·       İlan verme esnasında uygulamaya yüklediğiniz resimler, açıklama bölümüne yazdığınız yazılar ve paylaştığınız tüm bilgilerden sadece siz sorumlu olduğunuzu,

·       Vereceğiniz ürün ilanını veya ürün ilanının mevcudiyetine ilişkin bilgiler önceden bildirilmeksizin her an BIDBOD24 yöneticisi tarafından denetlenebileceği, değiştirilebileceği veya yayından kaldırılabileceği,

·       Vereceğiniz ürün ilanınızın konusunun pazarlanması, tanıtımı, satışı, satın alınması, teslimatı, teslim alınması, elde bulundurulması ve kullanılması ile ilgili yürürlükte bulunan kanunları bildiğinizi,

·       Üçüncü şahıslar tarafından ilanınızın yayınlanmasıyla beraber sunduğunuz belirli bilgilerinize ve ürünlerinize erişilebileceğinden dolayı bu duruma rıza gösterdiğinizi, aynı zamanda herhangi bir üçüncü kişi tarafından ilanınızın kullanımı veya kötüye kullanımı (dağıtılması da dahil) üzerinde hiçbir şekilde kontrol sahibi olmadığımız gibi sorumlu da olmadığımızı,

·       İlanınız ile ilgili bilgilerin BIDBOD24 tarafından herhangi bir kişiye herhangi bir neden veya amaçla size bildirilmeksizin paylaşılabileceğini,

·       İletişim bilgilerinizin (kimlik bilgilerinizin [ad/soyad], telefon numaranızın, e-posta hesabınızın, şirketinizin, bulunduğunuz ülkenin ve adresinizin) açık olarak paylaşılmasına onay verdiğinizi ve bu durumun kamuya açık hale gelmesinden dolayı kimlik bilgilerinizin, telefon numaranızın ve e-postanızın güvenliğine ilişkin herhangi bir beyan veremediğimizi veya güvenliğinizi garanti edemediğimizi ve bu konuda doğan zararlardan sorumlu olmadığımızı tarafınızca kabul ettiğinizi ve bu şartlarda ilanınızın yayınlanmasına onay verdiğinizi,

·       BIDBOD24 olarak sunduğumuz hizmetin güncel, eksiksiz, doğru veya güvenli olduğuna veya olacağına veya hizmete (uygulamaya) erişimin kesintiye uğramayacağına dair bir garanti vermediğimizi ve herhangi bir aksaklık durumunda sorumlu tutulmayacağımızı,

·       Ürün ilanınızla ilgili herhangi bir işlem yapmak veya herhangi bir devir gerçekleştirmek için gerekli tüm yetki ve izinlere sahip olduğunuzu eğer bu işlemleri yapmak için yasal olarak kabul edilen yaşta değil iseniz, uygun veli veya vasinin rızası ile gereken yetki ve izinleri sahip olduğunuzu,

onay ve kabul etmektesiniz.

Dear User Giving a Sale Advertisement to BIDBOD 24 Application;

You have approved the "Service Agreement (Terms and Conditions)", "Explicit Consent Statement", "Privacy Policy", "Community Guidelines" and "Security Recommendations" during your registration for the BIDBOD24 application. We remind you again of some conditions in this context.

You give your consent and you accept that

• All the information you share is correct and true you never give sale advertisement for misleading purposes,

• You comply the rules of Community Guidelines. You never give/share any sale advertisement and your informations in the prohibited category,

• You are solely responsible for the articles you wrote in the description section and all the information you shared during the sale advertisement,

• The information of your sale advertisement or the existence of your sale advertisement can be audited, changed or removed from the publication by the BIDBOD24 manager at any time without prior notice,

• You are aware of the all laws regarding the marketing, promotion, sale, purchase, delivery, receipt, possession and use of the product to be made within the scope of the sale advertisement,

• You give your consent to the fact that certain information and products you have provided may be accessed by third parties upon the publication of your sale advertisement. We also have no control or liability for the use or abuse of your sale advertisement (including sharing sale advertisement with other parties) by any third party.

• You consent all informations of your sale advertisement may be shared by BIDBOD24 to any person for any reason or purpose without notifying you,

• You consent the sharing of your contact informations (your identity information [name / surname], phone number, e-mail account, company, country of residence and address). So, the security of your identity information, phone number and e-mail can be seen by someone from public and we can not make any declaration and/or we can not guarantee your security. We are not responsible for any damages arising in this regard and you consent to the publication of your sale advertisement under these conditions,

• As BIDBOD24, we do not give any guarantee that the service of application is up-to-date, complete, correct or secure, or the service of application will not be interrupted. So, we will not be held responsible in case of any malfunction,

• You have to have all the necessary authority and permissions to carry out any transaction or any transfer in relation to your sale advertisement. If you are not of the legal age to do these transactions, you have to have the necessary authorizations and permissions with the consent of the appropriate parent or guardian.
